With over 30 years of experience as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and civil plaintiff lawyer, John Lilly brings unmatched depth to every case. As the founding attorney of Lilly Law Firm, he has successfully represented multiple men and women in a wide range of criminal and civil matters, including Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and serious felony charges, accident claims, and family law matters.
A former Maryland Assistant State’s Attorney and Maryland Assistant Attorney General, John’s effectiveness is rooted in years of trial work and challenging negotiations. He has deep expertise in criminal and motor vehicle law defense, as well as personal injury claims, and is known for his meticulous preparation, strategic thinking, and exceptional results.
John is also a certified mediator and regularly handles family law matters involving separation, divorce, and custody. His approach is grounded in clarity, empathy, and pragmatic negotiation.
Outside the courtroom, John served for over two decades as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, including mobilization for two years after 9/11 and service as the Senior Policy Advisor at the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Lisa M. Goldblatt, Esq.

Attorney Lisa Goldblatt brings over 20 years of focused experience in family law, guiding clients through life’s most complex personal transitions with compassion, strategy, and strength.
